Unopened and Undamaged Products: You may return unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

3. Return Process

Include the product in its original packaging along with proof of purchase and the RMA number.

Please use a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, email us at reception@calmour.net
6. Late or Missing Refund

7. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
