  • Find the right dose below. If possible, use weight to dose; otherwise, use age.

    - under 2 years (under 24 lbs): consult a doctor
    - 2-4 years (24-35 lbs): 2 strips
    - 4-6 years (36-47 lbs): 3 strips
    - 6-9 years (48-59 lbs): 4 strips
